The Department of FinTech and Artificial Intelligence at Loyola College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) is dedicated to shaping students who can thrive in today’s technology-driven financial ecosystem. FinTech innovations such as blockchain, digital payments, and decentralized finance are revolutionizing banking, insurance, and capital markets, while Artificial Intelligence is transforming the sector through predictive analytics, algorithmic trading, fraud detection, and intelligent automation. Our programme provides a unique blend of financial knowledge, technological expertise, and AI-driven applications, enabling students to gain both conceptual depth and practical exposure. With access to allied disciplines such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Finance and Accounts, and Data Science, students can pursue multidisciplinary minors that broaden career pathways and strengthen industry relevance. By integrating commerce, technology, and advanced analytics, the programme prepares graduates to become future-ready innovators, driving financial inclusion, digital transformation, and sustainable growth in the global economy. Regulations on eligibility, grading, attendance, and credit transfer follow the FYUP 2024 guidelines of the University of Kerala, with reservations as per minority autonomous norms.
