  • Participated in the Art Based Psycho Social Care Workshop conducted by Loyola College of Social Sciences in collaboration with KSDMA and UNICEF from 21 to 25 July 2025.

Positions Held

    • Worked as a Research Assistant at St.Teresa’s College, Ernakulam, an ICSSR (Indian Council for Social Science Research) funded Project. Project:Impact assessment of multiple food security interventions to mitigate micronutrient malnutrition among women and children in coastal areas of central Kerala (from 18.11.2024 to 12.04.2025).
    • Worked as a Project Scientist (GIS- Geographic Information System) in Kerala State Remote Sensing and Environment Centre (KSREC), Vikas Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Project:National Wasteland Change Analysis of Kerala (NRSC – 

    National Remote Sensing Centre, India) (from 31.10.2016 to 28.02.2017).

    • Chaired a session on Environment and Health at the 2nd Annual Health Geography Symposium for Ph.D. and emerging researchers held on December 14-15, 2023. The event was organized by the International Geographical Union Commission on Health and the Environment, in collaboration with Maastricht University, Netherlands, Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal, University of Bucharest, Romania, and Seramapore Girls’ College, University of Calcutta, India.
    • Served as a student editor for three issues of the official Department newsletter and the Covid-19 Special Edition at the Department of Geography, School of Earth Sciences, Central University of Tamil Nadu. Two articles have been written for the official department newsletter titled ‘Combating Covid with Transmedia’ and ‘Mobile phone hygiene in healthcare settings’ 2020.

    Served as reviewer of journals- ‘Climate Crises and Public Health Challenges- With a Focus on South and Southeast Asia’ for Springer, and ‘The Need to Provide Health Promotion Care Services to Undergraduate Students during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Korea’ for INQUIRY (Scopus).
